Zen Fitness was established to provide the community with a reputable source for mindbody fitness. We offer many options each week which makes coming to class or private sessions possible for those with a busy lifestyle. Zen Fitness offers yoga, pilates and barre classes with trained and certified instructors who have experience in working with basic beginners through highly skilled athletes.
