Zen Fitness New Student Information
Try as many classes as possible over the life of this introductory pass and find the times that work best with your schedule. This offer is for Brand-New Students only. One per person.
WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE:
- Water bottle, towel & yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available for use.
- Please wear comfortable athletic clothes that move with your body.
- All practitioners will be asked to sign a waiver on their first visit.
- Avoid eating a large meal two hours before class. Drink plenty of water.
- Arrive a few minutes early.
Come with a positive attitude! We were all new students at one time, so we understand if you’re nervous. We’re happy you’ll be joining us!
Sometime during your introductory month you can expect a welcome phone call. Staff will assist you with any questions you may have regarding the Mindbody system, or our classes and services in general. Have a question right now?
