Tap n' Pow{h}er

A balance fusion class, designed to shape, tone and elongate while delivered with messages of empowerment.
Tap n' Pow{h}er is an extremely form focused method based on 25 years of dance research and experience and over a decade of mind body fitness study, training and master instruction. Combining rotational, linear, isometric range of motion and compound movement, tap n' pow{h}er takes you on a journey unlike any other. You will sweat, move, breath, balance, work and have FUN in this class!

Hold n' Pow{h}er

A balance fusion class, designed to shape, tone and elongate while delivered with messages of empowerment. 
Hold n' Pow{h}er builds strength and flexibility in targeted muscles and joints while offering balance postures and static holds. This class will challenge your mental focus and mind/body connection while teaching you how to stabilize your body.

 

Strength n Pow{h}er

Strength n’ pow{h}er is a intentional movement fusion experience rooted in balance and strength. The fifth class birthed within THE pow{h}er METHOD uses a weighted bar to enhance the strength component to further challenge participants. Training with added light weight has been proven to preserve muscle mass, assist with weight control, decrease injury risks and reduce incidence of osteoporosis.
Strength n’ pow{h}er motivates and empowers the spirit, soul, and body for women of all ages with an emphasis on building strength inside and out. Movement married with weight synergistically recharges and refreshes our energy and the innate fearlessness within each one of us.

 

Cardi-Yo

High intensity interval training combined with yoga provides a challenging and effective way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health and gain flexibility and strength.
