Zen Fitness Barre Classes
Barre exercise is fitness method fusing the techniques of dance, yoga, and Pilates. Barre classes emphasize arms, core, thighs and seat muscles.
Barre produces long and sculpted muscles quickly using small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect to be challenged and prepare to leave feeling energized.
A slightly shorter version of Barre. We work toward the same great Barre results in a 45 minute version of the class. Get in, get out and get on with your day!
Barre with Tabata intervals designed to raise the heart rate and burn fat. Four minute work phases of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest will allow you to work to your maximum level while maintaining a focus on form. High impact (with low impact options) class with same Barre emphasis on arms, core, thighs and seat!
