Jennifer Combest

Jennifer has a passion for sharing her love of a fit and healthy life with others. She has been an AFAA Certified Group Fitness instructor since 2010. Her Specialty Certifications include Yoga, Strength, Cardio Interval, Pilates and Spinning. Jen recently added AFAA Personal Training certification, PiYo certification and BarreAmped certification to her fitness resume'.

She also enjoys outdoor activities such as road biking, running, walking and hiking with her friends.


Van Pham

Van Pham earned her Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Cityoga School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2011. She has been practicing yoga since 2007. Practicing yoga has changed her life: from being someone who gets tired easily to a more energetic and healthy person; from a worrying mom to being less stressed, more inspired, more loving and more confident in herself. 

Van loves to teach gentle and meditative yoga flow, using breath and awareness to deepen the physical movement of the pose as well as the energy flows inside the body. 


Shannon Clulow

Shannon Clulow is a lifelong athlete who has been practicing yoga since 2000. Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art History, and has completed advanced coursework in Health & Wellness and Anatomy & Physiology. A former marathon runner, gymnast, and coach, she was initially attracted to the physical challenge of yoga, but quickly discovered the benefits of injury prevention, learning to breathe, focus, reduce stress, de-clutter, and embrace yoga philosophy both on ad off the mat. Shannon is an instructor certified at the 200 hour RYT level, and will complete training for the 500 hour RYT in April 2018.

Shannon became certified to teach Barre classes in 2013, and is proud to also be a class instructor for the Pow(h)er Method, leading classes in both Tap 'n Pow(h)er and Hold n' Pow(h)er.
Outside of the studio, she spends her time traveling, hiking, and kayaking with her family & dogs, and studying yoga daily in order to be able to offer informed, challenging, and thoughtful classes. Her wish is to help everyone who comes through the doors at Zen Fitness leave feeling empowered, confident, and open to possibility.

Lezlie Ward

Lezlie Ward RYT 500 has been practicing yoga for 23 years and teaching yoga for 13. Lezlie offers a variety of styles of yoga based upon the needs of the student.  Lezlie is known for her knowledge of all the aspects of yoga including meditation, breathwork, and yoga for a therapeutic focus.  Lezlie has a Masters degree in counseling, and brings a focus to the yoga that happens on the inside.

"Breathe it all in... love it all out". Come to your mat with fellow yogis in harmonious flow while focusing on heart opening and melting poses all while using the power of our breath". One hour of Yoga practice followed by thirty minutes of meditation.
